House rules

Arrival and departure:

You can check in from 3 pm on your arrival day. You have until 10 am to check out on your departure day.

Early check-in and late check-out are only possible by prior arrangement and only with an additional charge of €10 per hour or part thereof. If you have not checked out by 10:00 AM without prior arrangement, we will be obliged to charge you for this fee.

Payment:

After booking, you will receive an invoice from weto Immobilien GmbH via email, requesting payment within 5 days. The price for the booked accommodation must always be paid in advance. Credit card payments are accepted. Cash payments are not accepted.

For reservations/bookings on the day of arrival, you have the option to pay for your stay immediately, usually within one hour, by credit card.

Bookings:

If you are from Hüfingen or the surrounding area and would like to book a FAIRflats holiday apartment in Hüfingen, please contact us beforehand. Send us an email to info@weto-immobilien.de. This will help us avoid unwanted parties, events, etc.

Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Noise must be avoided in the FAIRflats holiday apartment and on the surrounding grounds. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited in the FAIRflats holiday apartment.

Please ensure that the number of guests in the apartment does not exceed the number stated in the reservation. For each additional person staying in the apartment, we must charge a fee of €50 per night.

Pets are not allowed. If pets are brought along, we reserve the right to charge a fee. If you need to bring an assistance animal, you must contact us beforehand.

Internet / Wi-Fi:

The FAIRflats holiday apartment has a wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi, 100 Mbps). You will receive the code for this in the holiday apartment.

Commercial photography, videography and illegal activities:

Commercial photography, videography or other illegal activities are not permitted in our holiday apartment.

Customer Data:

weto Immobilien GmbH is required to collect and record your contact details to ensure communication. We are also entitled to request a valid identification document digitally upon check-in. For domestic guests, this is a national identity card or passport; for international guests, it is always a passport. Should a guest's identity not be clearly established due to missing or incorrect documents, weto Immobilien GmbH is entitled to cancel the booking. Therefore, please complete and return the online check-in form, which you will receive with your booking confirmation, no later than two weeks before arrival, or immediately.

Parking:

You can park directly in front of the house or 20 meters further on in one of the parking spaces free of charge. Please note that the carports and covered parking spaces are reserved exclusively for the residents of the house. Please do not park here.

Smoking / E-cigarettes / Vaping:

Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartment. Please leave the apartment to smoke and dispose of completely cooled cigarette butts in the ashtray provided. Please ensure that the balcony door to the apartment remains closed while doing so. Should you violate the smoking ban, we will be obliged to charge an additional cleaning fee of €250.
